These 40 photographs are taken from ‘Annex H’ to the submission made by Bill Riley on behalf of the Byways & Bridleways Trust, Auto-Cycle Union, British Motorcyclists Federation and the Trail Riders Fellowship, to the public inquiry held at Devizes in November 1984 into objections to the Order to close all but one of the public green lanes and tracks crossing the the impact area of the Larkhill and West Down Artillery Ranges in Wiltshire. Only one additional route was saved, Market Lavington 29 & 29A (pics 16-20).
